We provide free estimates. There have occasionally been special circumstances that required us to charge a fee for estimation, but this is never done without your prior notification.

Besides the normal business licenses required by the city and state, HI-TECH is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and is a Certified Surface Care PRO Partner. We are also a Safe and Compliant Company and we are licensed for mold remediation.

This question does not have a standard answer. A lot of variables need to be taken into account when making that decision. Where the floor is, foot traffic, floor maintenance, pets, children, weather (being tracked in), and other conditions all affect the wear and tear, and cleanliness of your tile floor.

Once you know that everyone – family, visitors, friends and pets are safe and you have been helped by emergency services, call Hi-Tech Cleaning Services. We can help with property protection, needed on-going services and we can work with your insurance company as well. We are available 24/7 and we respond quickly to disaster situations.
