Ten years ago Michelle joined the Hi-Tech team. “We’ve been through a lot,” Michelle recalls. “When Hi-Tech started out, it was strictly carpet cleaning twenty years ago, and little by little evolved. We’ve got a good team over here. You have to keep growing your business. Things change. You try not to say no to anything. We like customers to come back to us. They want somebody they can trust.”
