Founded in 1994 by Edward Bell and Warren Regent as a carpet cleaning company, Hi-Tech Cleaning Services quickly expanded its scope of services by strictly adhering to the company’s philosophy of reliability, customer satisfaction, commitment to high standards, dedication, trustworthiness, safety, and service.

In addition to our emergency restoration services, we have a division that provides fine surface care and specialty cleaning and maintenance services.

Edward Bell, President

With over 30 years experience in the building maintenance industry, as a sales manager from 1972 to 1978 for an international manufacturer of maintenance products and coatings, and a principal in his own firm prior to launching Hi-Tech, Edward Bell knows every aspect of property maintenance. His technical expertise covers the entire range of chemicals and equipment, as well as the techniques utilized in their application. He has been certified in carpet cleaning and water damage restoration by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification.
